About Us

A Canuck (Canadian) and a Tico (Costa Rican), a left & a right, a man and a woman, we could not be more different. Yet it works so well for us because we love each other despite our appearance on the surface to be complete opposites. In our brother/sister/partnership, we together have one shared goal; to make a better, more accessible, smoother, more transparent vacation rentals and property management Company in the Tamarindo, Hermosa & El Coco areas in the Guanacaste province of Costa Rica.

Carol was born and raised in Canada. She searched the Caribbean for the perfect landing spot that met her needs to have adventure and activities to match her busy spirit. She found that here in Playa Tamarindo in 2007 and purchased a condo the following year. She is learning Spanish, and it will be her third language as she anticipates the day she finally becomes fluent. She has 25 years of experience in property management. She has been a landlord herself in all that time and managing rentals of air hangars, offices, and commercial property in Canada. We are happy to have her meticulous attention to detail, her clean, transparent habits and procedures, and of course, her perky flare to conversations. Carol is motivated to assist others in finding their way through Costa Rica “Pura Vida” systems and, having been through the learning curve, is excited to share with our clients how to bank here and pay their own bills from anywhere if they are willing to learn… independence is closer with us in your corner.
